I really had high hopes for this place, but the poor wi-fi was just unacceptable, and the noisy cleaners ruined my mornings. I almost gave a good review until i learned no one had the courtesy to compensate me for my troubles with a suite upgrade or a complimentary breakfast. Not impressed.

The breakfast was satisfying. The location of the hotel in the Calle de Navas was right at the "Tapas-Strasse", thus excellent.

The room was cozy, clean, and had comfy beds. I really enjoyed how central the location was. Plus, the nearby quiet street allowed for a peaceful stay. They even have a meditation room for some zen moments!

It was very courteous that our car was brought to the parking garage by the hotel staff and picked up again on the day of departure.

The breakfast and the location of the hotel are good. Parking was available in a public parking garage, the underground car park of Dauro 1 was full. 40 Euro for 2 nights parking garage we found expensive.

The place is lovely little and extremely convenient, we didn't want to leave!
The room is lovely modern, brand-new and has city views. WiFi, a free safe, and a little refrigerator are available. The location is excellent and unbeatable, just a short walk away from a lavish Renaissance cathedral. Would stay here again, thoroughly enjoyed our enjoyable stay here.

I really appreciated the cozy and clean room, especially the comfy bed that made sleeping a breeze. The hotel had a nice lounge area and a great outdoor terrace to relax on after a busy day. Just a heads-up, some sounds from the hallway could be heard, but it didn't take away from the overall experience! 😊

The hotel was in an excellent location. The lobby was beautiful and even had a little side room to relax, meet friends, read, or watch television. The rooms were extremely comfortable, looked recently renovated, and the bathroom was large and supplied with nice amenities. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful during our stay.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location
Spent a night in a spacious Double Room with a lovely Juliet balcony. The staff's assistance during check-in was really good. Enjoyed delicious tapas at the on-site restaurant with each drink. Proximity to attractions is a big plus for exploring Granada!

The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff was very helpful.
It was noisy at night.

Friendly and helpful staff, present 24 hours a day. Parking space available, despite the central location in the city center. Parking service of the hotel should be used. Whoever is halfway on foot can reach everything without effort. Nice, well-equipped bathroom.
Air conditioning was difficult. Because of the great inner city location, the windows cannot always be opened, cooling via the ventilation system was not possible.
